Our ladies hosted Caledonia the other day and put up one heck of a fight. Though they were not victorious they did kick butt, great job girls.

With the weather we’ve had the last few days, I’ve realized spring sports are right around the corner and I am ready! Don’t get me wrong, I enjoy winter sports but I am ready to be outside. So it’s time to dust off the ole soccer ball and gear up for spring, see you there.

We hosted Hopkins last night and it was a bad night for Hopkins! Great job guys. There were three games and four galleries, why four you ask? Well the was a “dunk” contest after the game and I gave it it’s own gallery, check it out !

I know it’s wishful thinking but I am starting to see the signs everywhere so it can’t be too far off.

Our girls hosted Wayland last night and put up a great fight. I had to leave during half time of the JV game so I am not sure who won. At half time we were up by one, would love for someone to let me know how they did.

So I headed down to Rail Jam 2010 with Tucker this afternoon. It was kinda fun, I have never shot anything like this before and there are some really cool pictures. I don’t have time to go through all of them now, taking over 400 in the hour we were there but as soon as I get through them I will post a gallery. Should be up tomorrow afternoon so be sure to come back.

Well I have not been having much luck getting decent shots of the eagles as of yet, but fear not as I will not stop until I get them The above picture is a 100% crop from over 900mm away, in laymen terms….it was WAY too far away to shoot. I would love community assistance on this task. Please report sitting locations and times to me so I can find their patterns to get better photographs. The place I find them most of the time is by the damn on McCann and Irvine, but they are sooo far in the woods the picture are not very good. If anyone knows who owns this land I would be eternally grateful for permission to enter and take photographs…..hook me up 

Once I get a handful of photographs I am happy with I will post a gallery for you all to see.

Well you all know last night’s games were highly anticipated. Not sure what it is that makes Caledonia such a huge rival for us, but it was that way, way back when I was in high school and yes they had sports way back then. Both the boys and girls played good ball.

Kennie Price….wow dude, way to go with 18 points. Greg Hamilton is a steady solid force in every game but excelled last night as well. I know Jared had a tough game, and it was obvious Caledonia had a preplanned shutting him down. It’s tough sometimes but it did give the team as a whole a chance to shine. Hold your heads high fellas it was a great game the whole team played great ball and Jared, just stick it to em next time man!
